We never sell customer data. We do not disclose customer data unless we have good reason to believe we are required to do so by the law or when it is necessary to identify a person violating the law.

First, ubiCMS is a for-pay service. Our income comes from you, not from some advertiser or market research company who pays for your "eyeballs", "click streams", "customer profile", "purchase patterns" - pick your favorite euphorism for spying on you.

Second, we are a computer company with substantial internet experience.

ubiCMS is a normally unmanned service running on our own dedicated servers at our own premises.

We do not collect your user information unless needed for the specific business interaction that is part of our service to you.

We do not use web access logs except for performance monitoring and security audits.

We do not use cookies and other privacy invading technology except in special cases, e.g. to demonstrate a technical effect, or to implement a feature of a specific business interaction that is part of our service to you.

In short, we are working towards a nuisance-free service.
